At the risk of overusing Three Letter Acronyms (TLAs), this story is, in my mind, pretty interesting. SAP is, of course, the German vendor of massive enterprise software solutions that power the world’s biggest businesses. They’re a powerhouse of technology but, arguably, are struggling to move into a new paradigm of technology where cloud, connected devices and the like come to the fore.
