We are looking for a candidate with a BE / B Tech /Master Degree with eight to ten years of experience. The person will be involved in working closely with Apigee's customers in the below mentioned aspects – the key goals will be customer enablement and maintaining a very high degree of customer satisfaction. Working with new customers to help plan their Apigee solution building and production rollout, product training, advising on best practices and helping with design and project planning. Maintain constant communication with existing customers who are using the Apigee on-premise to understand the state of their deployments, how it’s performing, identify any new initiatives where Apigee can help and keep track of renewals .The candidate must have prior experience with handling customer interaction on a regular or full time basis. 

Requirements:

  1. Excellent client interaction skills.

  2. Good project planning and coordination experience.

  3. Experience with XML infrastructure Web Services system configuration such as LDAP or Database, Java coding and configuration of various integration / messaging end points such as JMS and Web Service interfaces is needed.

  4. Should have experience in writing and interpreting use case documents, solution documents and project plans.

  5. Experience in Web technologies such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML & JavaScript is desirable.

  6. Prior experience in the Web Services Management, Middleware/Integration domain is highly desired.

  7. Good hands on skills with MS office tools and MS Project.
