Dev-Ops Engineer

Bangalore

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 8 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of experience in System Administration.

Requirements:

  1. Rock solid knowledge of LINUX

  2. Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols (HTTPS, SSL, DNS, etc.)

  3. Experience deploying and operating large scale distributed Java apps

  4. Experience with Web Services and Enterprise Application Integration is a plus

  5. Experience with configuration automation tools (Puppet, Chef, CFEngine, etc.) and/or strong scripting experience

  6. Experience with multiple virtualization platforms

  7. Experience with SaaS or cloud development, deployment and testing. Direct experience with EC2, OpenStack or vCloud

  8. Strong distributed SCM skills (Git, Hg, etc.)

  9. Knowledge of build automation and continuous integration tools

  1. Knowledge of system monitoring tools is a plus

  2. Ruby and shell scripting experience is a plus

  3. Telco experience is a plus
