There is a way to pass in an auth token with the iframe's embed URL, with the value of the "auth" query parameter as a URI-encoded snippet of JSON like:

?auth=%5B%7B%22type%22%3A%22custom_token%22%2C%22name%22%3A%22key%22%2C%22value%22%3A%22some_key%22%2C%22style%22%3A%22template%22%7D%5D

Which, un-encoded, looks like:

[{"type":"custom_token","name":"key","value":"some_key","style":"header"}]

And that allows the parent page of the embedded Console to pre-set the auth. The other supported styles are "query" and "template".
